2026-2027
Kelly Clarke, RN and Mysha Mattimoe, RN will be the nurses in the Central Health Office for the year 2026-2027 to provide nursing services to the students and staff at Central High. Health office hours are 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Over The Counter (OTC) medication - Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Cough drops, Antacid, Benadryl, Cetirizine (Zyrtec), Calamine/Antibiotic/hydrocortisone creams, Benzocaine, Sunscreen and Petroleum Jelly- are provided if permission was given during online registration.
- We will also call if a student requests OTC medication and we do not have permission to visit with parent/guardian on request.
- We work with the athletic department and trainer to provide support with classroom accommodations if needed with a sports injury.
- With illness and injury, the health office will help accommodate needs for health and learning for each student with doctors' orders to work with principals, teachers, and parents to ensure best outcomes for the student.
- Due to new regulations - if your student self carries emergency medications a self-carry form will be sent home to have you. Please sign and have the students provider/doctor sign to keep on file at the school.
Class Schedule Pick Up/Registration
- August 12 and 13 during Class Schedule pick up, Kelly and Mysha will be available to meet with students and parents. You are welcome to bring in medication, sign forms, review care plans or discuss health concerns during this time. If you would like to make an appointment for either of those days feel free to email Mysha or Kelly.
Immunizations
Wyoming State Law requires each student to be immunized for school. Students must be fully immunized within 30 days of their first day of school. Exemptions for immunization follow the same rule of 30 days. This year's Immunization Deadline is Tuesday, September 22nd with Exclusion Day Wednesday, September 23rd.

Medication forms
- Parents must sign permission slips before any prescription medications or over the counter medications not mentioned above. The school nurse will review each request and will Work with parents if there are any questions about the medicine.
- Medications must be received in the original container, with prescription, if prescribed by a physician, and have a current expiration date.
